The interior is luxurious and spacious, the airy accommodation comprises of the following:-

• Large Drawing Room
• Dining Room with separate patio area at the rear of the house
• Fully equipped kitchen with integral dishwasher
• Utility / laundry room
• Separate downstairs toilet
• Downstairs King-size bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
• Three further bedrooms (Super King, King and Twin) all with their own en-suite facilities.
• Upper landing/reading room with patio doors opening onto the upper veranda.

There is a large enclosed garden with numerous plants, fruit trees, and several lawn areas for children to play on.

There is a gas and traditional charcoal barbeque and plenty of garden furniture in various places so that you can enjoy both the sun and shade.

An integral car port allows you to drive the car right up to the house and keep it in the shade, with access straight into the utility so that you can unload shopping etc with great ease.

This is a note to express our appreciation and to let you know we had a wonderful time in Tobago. We returned yesterday and now having to face the reality of work again.You have got a lovely villa, exactly as seen on your internet web page, with loads of space and well furnished rooms and lounge. In addition, both Marlon and Emris were of great help and our appreciation to them as well. We will definitely help spread the word if we know of anyone planning to go on holiday to the carribean. We were all very impressed with your package i.e both adults and children.

Just to inform you, we unfortunately broke a small glass cup and one pyrex bowl. We also made about 2 phone calls to Trinidad and 2 local calls in tobago. I will expect the total cost to be deducted from our deposit.

We had a great time, just wasn't near enough time there. We were quite torn between staying at the house and doing what we could on the island. I'll send some feedback on when we get it composed, we forgot to make an entry in the guestbook.

Marlon and Emris were very accommodating, you have an excellent staff working for you there.

just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in tobago and the time at your wonderful house. it was perfect for our families. we all loved the proportions of the house and the wonderfully large swimming pool. emeris was a joy and delight and marlon was so pleasant and helpful. it was truly one of our best vacations. we explored the whole island, trekked through the rain forest, watched the surfers, hung out at the late night barbeques and even won money at the casino. thank you again for leasing it out and my sincere advice is for you to get there more often!

we did break one glass and the upstairs toothbrush holder so you know what to deduct from the security deposit.
